Meeting Thomas the Tank Engine!!

McCade was so excited... it was a lot of fun. I am not sure who was more excited me or him :) He loved riding the train, and walking on the train tracks. He wasn't too sure about Sir Topham Hatt... and didn't want a photo with him... It was a beautiful perfect day. Dylan had some personal time with Daddy at home.

I LOVE pj's!

For some crazy reason I just LOVE pj's on my boys. I have to use every bit of self-discipline not to buy some every time I am in target... gymboree...or old navy...I guess it is probably because it is the only time I am "allowed" to dress my boys in crazy, bold, and really bright colors and patterns :) And maybe b/c when they wear it is the end of the day... they are clean... and ready for bed!!! :) I think they are adorable in their matching sleepwear, and can't help but smiling when I see them in it!

11 months old!

Plant farm visit

The boys and I went today with my mom to have lunch with my dad at their plant farm. The flowers are just gorgeous! It is one of McCade's favorite things to do... to go to the plant farm. He LOVES all the tractors, trucks and machinery. I took a total of 148 pictures and like ALL of them :) I think I should just make a photo book of today's visit. We had so much fun.

It is almost impossible to get the perfect photo! You would think I will get at least one! :) I took about 15 photos and wish I knew how to make a slide show of it... it is priceless!

10 months old!

Dylan went for his 9 month check-up 2 days before he turned 10 months... he weighed 24lbs (86%) and was 31 1/4 inches tall (98%). He is crawling so fast. Cries by the front door to go outside, LOVES meat, I try to feed him fruits and vegetables first, but when he sees I have meat he will spit the fruit/veggie out and would get very impatient with me. He barely chews it... he has a 1/2 tooth... no other teeth in sight! When we go for a walk in the neighborhood he will start squealing when he sees the park... he loves to swing. He tries to do what his big brother does. He loves his brother's toys! He has very, very funny dance moves... and he knows it, so when he thinks he needs some attention he will start dancing... it makes us laugh every time! He is such a pleasant sweet little thing!

Parent commitment service

Today was a special day. It was our public commitment in church that we will rear Dylan in the wisdom and knowledge of our God. We are so blessed to have sweet Dylan. I pray that one day he will realize that he needs Jesus and invite Him in his heart. I pray that he will become what God wants him to be.
Lord, let salvation spring up within my children that they may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory. (Isaiah 45:8; 2 Tim 2:10)
It was also Dylan's 10 month birthday! Can't believe it! I know I say it every month... but really, I just CAN'T believe it.
