azalea session

I am in love with my azaleas. I wish it will bloom all year! I dressed up the boys, was hoping to get a good pic of the two of them together...didn't happen. While we were outside a firetruck drove by in our cull-de-sac!!! McCade was soooo excited...they actually stopped to check the fire hydrant, water was shooting everywhere. McCade's day was made....after that he wanted to play - fireman :) had no interest in the camera.

Dallas Fun

We went this past weekend to visit our friends (that feels like family) and family. The kids (Hailey, McCade, and Trey) had a BLAST at the amusement park. Sweet Dylan was so good, he actually fell asleep on my shoulder... that was a first! I am so thankful for special people in my life!

Nice Nails!

McCade painting his nails after he saw me doing mine (not w/ water color paint :) ). So funny, I told him to smile for the camera.... what a smile! Andy made sure to explain that only girls paint nails :)

Dylan is 4 months old!

Dylan had his check-up w/ Dr. Rogers...he is 18 pounds and 27 inches long. That put him in the 95th percentile. Comparing to McCade at that age... McCade was 18-5 and 261/4 inches. So they are just about the same. Dr. Rogers actually said Dylan is long and lean.
He loves chewing his hands, playing with his feet, and his biggest interest is his big brother. He adores him and watches every move. He still likes to wake up about 2-4 times a night.
I love it when he plays with his feet!

Watching McCade

McCade pretends he is going to poke him... he got in trouble a few times for really poking him... now it is a pretend game and it is one of those things that irritates me a little... he does it too often! (sometimes I am not sure if it is pretending or not) But I know it will soon be forgotten... I am blogging it b/c years from now I will smile about it.

The four of us went for the first time together to church. So we had to take a few pics... we were all dressed up...it was a must!

cousin play date

We had so much fun with our family. McCade just LOVES his cousins - Maylee (4), Ella(2) and Hadley(4 1/2mo.). Next time I will tell him 10 minutes before their arrival that they are coming... he probably asked me a 100 times "when will Maylee and Ella be here?"

Yeah for McCade!

Yesterday was a big day! McCade made it through Sunday school! We are so excited. Andy told McCade if he didn't cry and stay the whole time he will buy him McDonald's for lunch. So when he saw Andy he burst out in tears and immediately asked for McDonald's :) He is also very proud of his backpack... I wish I took a photo... next Sunday I will.
